At PITT, we provide a standard warranty of 5 years on our products. 5 years of all-in warranty, without unexpected costs for service parts, travel costs, et cetera. Each PITT user is asked to register their cooking module online.
Conditions:
- We provide warranty on all technical parts (thermocouple, ignition, electricity);
- We do not provide warranty on ‘user parts’, such as pan carrier, flame spreader, caps;
- We do not provide warranty on damaged parts a result of wear and tear, incorrect cleaning or damage caused by falling.
