The most common service issues can be caused by malfunction of several technical components, such as the therm couple and spark ignition (two most common). The biggest part of these issues can be easily resolved by replacing on of these parts. In order to do so, we created a service package, that consists of service parts that are used most during service visits in The Netherlands. All service parts from this package can be ordered at PITT cooking The Netherlands and can be transported internationally.
