All PITT models are available in Original and Professional look. The difference between both is the use of material in the burner elements: burners from the Original series are made of aluminium, burners from the Professional series are made of brass, and have a subtle black coating. All other parts & functionality (such as pan carrier, knobs, power of the flames) are exactly the same. When choosing a Professional model with at least one wok burner, an additional wok ring will be included. This wok ring can also be ordered separately when choosing a model from the Original series.
