The PITT assortment consists of 27 basic and 6 XL models. All XL models are also available in basic version. The difference between basic and XL is the amount of space between each burner, both horizontal and vertical. The XL models are specifically designed for cooks who need a bit more extra space during cooking. Please take into account that the amount of space between the burners in our basic models is already +/- 8 cm more compared to a traditional cooking plate.
